argh, stupid stupid ankle! It's all your fault that I dropped the precious K2 boat. Was carrying the boat back to the shed after training when I slipped on a curb and my ankle just gave way. Well, thank goodness the boat didn't crack or else I gg -.-"
Yesterday's training was quite fulfilling and yeppp I'm happy! (: I finally got to row T1! I was so happy when jiaolian told us that the J1s will row the T1s for training to practice our strokes! wahaha! So anyway, after rowing up and down, round and round the pond for half and hour, he allowed me to row out to the lanes together with the guys. Yup, first time going out on my own! how exciting. Rowed about 6km in all (I think more than that though, cos I couldn't keep my boat straight) The wind was really strong yesterday, so had problems controlling the direction of my boat. Ahwells, in the end the wind proved to be much stronger than I could overcome so bernice heng capped for the first time in a T1. Do you know how malu that is, T1s are supposed to be the most stable out of the lot. Thanks muddy and javine for saving me (: hahaha! ohyes, got cut buy the stupid "marshies" stray logs and branches floating around -.-"
About 3-4 hours of rowing for me yesterday. Was really drained after that, but THANK YOU everyone for your concern. I'm kinda used to this busted ankle already, it should be working fine in a few day's time. I'm going to make sure that it's fine before training. ahhhhh!!
Went to visit vic just now. Was looking fine, strong girl. Take care of yourself girl, though I know it's tough having to look after the other people in your family, but you've got to stay strong friend
